"We are beyond pleased with the work and advice offered by Mark. Our pool needed some repair (due to a contractor who ruined the job and failed to stand by his guarantee), therefore, Mark and Sam had first aid work to perform they could complete the job. I must say, they are very professional, knowledgeable and diligent in their duties. I am very very happy with my pool and would gladly recommend them to anyone looking for an honest dedicate professional who takes pride in his work."

"We bought a pool from a company named American Pools in 1986. It has been great and we had very little trouble in all those years . A.couple of liners. The wind finally brought it down this winter. I can’t say enough about its happiness and pleasure it has brought our family. It was all aluminum from top to bottom. No rust anywhere. 36 years has got to be, if not a record,close to it. Thank you American Pools ."

"We have been working with American Pools for the past 2 years and their service and support has exceeded our expectations. Their personnel are professionally trained, excellent at what they do and are focused on customer service and customer satisfaction. American Pools maintains our pool weekly, have relocated our pool equipment to a different part of the yard and installed a winter pool cover for us. They are an outstanding organization and I would recommend them to anyone looking for a new pool or pool service. "

"We chose Mark at American Pools because of his reputation of being an honest and diligent businessman. We also knew that he had a vested interest in maintaining his business, as his family is also a part of his business and resides in the city of Longview. We were extremely happy with the end product as well as the process of building it. American Pools was efficient in the use of their time and was always easily reached when necessary. They continue to stand by their product and are available if we ever need them. We recommend them to anyone who wants to enjoy the wonderful benefits of having your own pool."

"If you want a beautiful, top quality swimming pool, built by an honest, professional pool company, then you need to contact American Pools! We could not have had a better "pool building experience"! Our pool is more than we ever imagined! Owner, Mark Iwan, his pool crew, and office staff were so great to work with, and always went over and above to make sure we were pleased with our pool. It was so nice to be able to work with such likeable people of high integrity! We would definitely recommend American Pools to anyone wanting a quality swimming pool!"

"We had been planning a pool for many years and finally we did it to lure the grand kids. We added a heater to lure them over spring break. It worked! We did a little comparative shopping, but I had total confidence that Mark would build the pool right. We decided that trying to save money would only cost us in the future. The pool is perfect. It is a few feet longer and deeper than normal, but perfectly proportioned. The rock waterfall is perfectly proportioned, (not too small like some we saw) and is very calming on a hot afternoon. It’s also great for atmosphere when we have evening parties around the pool. We have had American Pools maintain the pool for us since completion and are totally satisfied. Thanks Mark for building "the perfect swimming pool" for us."

"American Pools has serviced our pool since 2008. They are like clock work when it comes to maintenance. If we have a problem they respond. Recently they replastered our swimming pool and it looks great. We are very satisfied!"

"While I've heard many people complain about problems with their pool builder, my overall experience was really good. As with most construction projects, we experienced some delays, however we were able to use the pool when we moved into our home. My favorite thing about American Pools is that Mark is personally involved in every phase of construction rather than just subcontracting the project out. From initial design to tile work and finish-out, he personally oversees (or does) pretty much everything. Their company has also been very prompt in performing routine repairs and maintenance. I would definitely use American Pools again!"
